Get the group moving and talking by hosting a scavenger hunt on a video session.
Compile a list of items to find. The items should mostly be ones likely to be found in everyone's homes, but some could be specific to your team (the old company sweatshirt or mug). Others might require short preparation work (a quick sketch of a team logo). If an item is large or immovable (examples: bicycle, comfy couch), then a picture may be taken as proof.
An example list of common items:
Divide the group into teams of 2-4. Share the first item on the list, and give the teams 2 minutes to find the item. Teams can join breakout rooms or communicate on chat if needed. If running as a competition, the first team to produce the required item wins that round. Otherwise, have teams show their items to the group at the end of each round.
